Who this is not for

Better to say it here than waste a call.

  • Already on TrackTik (or similar) and it works — stay. Switching for its own sake is not worth it.
  • Under about 15 guards and a cheap monthly tool is enough — this is more software than you need.
  • You want a 30-day SaaS trial with no hosting and no commitment — that is a different model.

Questions firms usually ask

Is the test login generated automatically?

Yes. The form creates an admin sandbox under your company name and emails the login to you — even if we are offline. You get a sample client, site, and officers to click around. That is a preview, not the final branded install on your server.

Why not TrackTik or Connecteam?

Those are good products if you want to rent a shared platform. FieldLine is for firms that want the control room under their brand, on their server, without a forever seat bill. If a monthly tool already fits, keep it.

What do we host?

After UAT on our server, we migrate the branded install to hosting you control. You need a standard PHP/MySQL environment (we help set it up). Optional managed hosting is available if you do not want to run the box yourself.

What if we need changes after go-live?

Launch includes branding, deploy, and go-live changes in scope. After that, optional support covers patches and questions. New features are quoted separately — you are not locked into a vendor roadmap, and you keep the install either way.

What is in the ~$10k vs the $200–400 support?

The one-time package is the branded web control room, guard app, source, deploy, UAT, migration, and the first support month. The monthly amount is optional ongoing help — not a licence to keep using the software. Cancel it and the install stays yours.
